Organizations spreading racial and religious propaganda, such as the Ku Kluk Klan, were outlawed today by a bill signed by Gov. Relph F. Gates. The measure provides a prison term of two years and a $10,000 fine for individuals or groups who spread hate against others for resson of race, religion or color.
