Jewish Economist Named Minister Plenipotentiary by Bulgarian Government

The well known Bulgarian Jewish economist Prof. Nissim Movorach has been appointed Minister Planipotantiary at the Foreign Office, it was announced here during the week-end.

In view of the coming Passover holidays, the Food Commissariat has placed at the disposal of Chief Rabbi Daniel Zion a large quantity of white flour to be distributed to the Jewish population for baking matzche. The flour will replace the bread ration during the eight days of the holiday.
