Jewish Leader Discusses Polish Attitude on Palestine with Country’s U.N. Delegate

Adolph Berman, recently elected president of the Central Jewish Committee of Poland and deputy in the National Council, has discussed with Dr. Oscar Lange, Poland’s delegate to the United Nations, the official Polish attitude when the Palestine issue comes before the U.N., it was revealed here today.

Dr. Itzhak Gruenbaum, member of the Jewish Agency executive, was received by Foreign Minister Zygmunt Modzelewski and high officials of the ministry. The discussion centered about Zionist problems in Poland.

Chaim Finkelstein, 32, was murdered by the fascist underground in Briansk, near Bialystok, it was reported here. Finkelstein is survived by a wife and three children.
