Rumanian Chief Rabbi Alerander Shafran yesterday visited the Archbishop of Canterbury and discussed with him the problems and status of Jewish communities in Eastern Europe.
This evening Rabbi Shafran attended a reception in his honor tendered by the Board of Deputies of British Jews. He will leave London for Bucharest Tuesday.
