Former Judge Joseph M. Proskauer, president of the American Jewish Committee, announced today that Judge Phillip Forman, since 1932 Judge of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, had accepted the chairmanship of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the AJC, succeeding the late Judge George Z. Medalie of the New York Court of Appeals.
