Shortly before he was executed yesterday for responsibility for the murder of thousands of Jews in the Theresienstadt ghetto, Karl Rahm, its former commandant, asked the Jewish Telegraphic Agency to publish his apology to the Jews for mistreating them. His execution followed conviction by a Peoples Court in Litomerice. An appeal for mercy was rejected.
