Two members of the Histadruth Nurses Union of Palestine have arrived in this country by plane to attend the ninth International Nurses Congress in Atlantic City opening today, which will be attended by nurses from 30 countries. The Palestinian women, Deborah Yaffar and Yehudith Lurie, who represent some 1,000 Palestinian nurses, are the only delegates to the parley from the Middle East.
