Charging that Britain’s use of American lend-lease ?ipment against the Jews of Palestine is contrary to the original purpose of the lend-lease agreement, the American Jewish Conference today called upon the United States Government to take steps for the immediate removal of such material from the ?ly Land.

In a letter addressed to Secretary of State Marshall, the Conference pointed ## that lend-lease material, transferred by the United States to the British Government for use against Axis powers, was now being turned against the Jews, who had contributed their full share to the common Allied victory. Among the Jews whom Britain is fighting with American lend-lease equipment, are a considerable number of American ?tizens, the Conference declared.
