Georgia Will Attempt to Revoke Charter of Columbians, Attorney General Announces

The State of Georgia will attempt to revoke the charter of the anti-Negro, anti-Semitic Columbians, State Attorney General Eugene Cook announced today.

The action will be brought before the Georgia Supreme Court on June 27. It was originally started in December, 1946, following the exposure of the Columbians activities by the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League.
