Marking a half century of Zionist activity in the United States, the 50th annual convention of the Zionist Organization of America will open here tomorrow at the Hotel Pennsylvania to discuss the major problems facing the movement and to adopt important decisions with regard to the future of Palestine.
The four-day convention will map plans for action to follow the recommendations of the U.N. Special Committee on Palestine to the General Assembly in September. It will be attended by about 2,000 delegates representing 226,000 members from all parts of the country.
