Le(##) W. Schwarz, who recently returned from Europe, (##) ere he directed J.D.C. operations in Germany, has been appointed director of the american Friends of the Hebrew University, it was announced by Dr. Israel S. Wechsler, President of the organization. He succeeds Samuel B. Finkel of Boston.
