The Polish Government has refused to issue more than six exit visas to delegates to the Conference of European Zionist Federations which opens tonight in Carlabad, Czechoslovakia. The six delegates who were permitted to leave the country yesterday for the purpose of attending the parley represent all Sionist groups in Poland.

(A report from Prague today said that delegates from the United States, Palestine, Britain and numerous European countries arrived in Carlabad to attend the conference of European Zionist Federations which will last six days. The parley will be addressed by members of the Jewish Agency executive.)
