World Jewish Congress Proposals on Outlawing Genocide Presented to Vatican

Dr. Maurice Perlzweig, chief of the political department of the World Jewish Congress, was received today by the Secretariat of the Vatican where he presented a proposal dealing with the adoption by the United Nations of a convention on genocide and a statement dealing with the implementation of the declaration of human rights. He was assured that both documents would receive careful study by the Vatican.
