The French Government also stipulated that the ###mission of the immigrants not be considered a precedent for subsequent admission of #her displaced persons from Germany.Official circles interpreted the French reply to mean that the Exodus refugees would not be accepted by France if Britain uses force to disembark them at Hamburg.
