Argentinian Courts Bar Citizenship to Jews Born in Germany

Jews residing in Argentina who were born in Germany are barred from obtaining Argentine citizenship under recent rulings of the courts. The courts insist that they are to be lumped with other Germans who are forbidden to become citizens under a wartime order aimed at Germans and Japanese as enemy aliens.
