Rumanian Minister Says Jews May Occupy Germans’ Homes Despite Earlier Order to Leave

Minister of Justice Lucretiu Patrascanu today motified a Jewish delegation that Jewish refugees and repatriates, who are occupying the homes of Germans and who were recently instructed to surrender them, may now remain. He added that this was a measure of preferential treatment for the “former victims of racial discrimination.”
