Uruguay, Panama May Open Consulates in Germany and Austria to Aid Victims of Fascism

The Foreign Ministries of Uruguay and Panama have promised to give favorable consideration to a proposal of the League of Axis Victims that they open consulates or similar offices in Germany and Austria in order to facilitate the filing of claims by victims of fascism now resident in their countries, the Argentinian branch of the League has announced. The request was made of all Latin American governments and was also submitted to the Pan-American Union for action.
