A toy balloon filled with anti-British leaflets exploded today near the Rothschild Hospital, here, which houses newly-arrived Jewish refuggees. The leaflets were signed in Hungarian by the Irgun Zvai Leumi.

Plans to plant a forest in Palestine in honor of Austrian Jewish victims of Nazism were announced here in connection with a Jewish National Fund Campaign. Memorial services will be held November 9 in a recently-rebuilt synagogue to commemorate the burning of synagogues in Austria nine years ago.
