Two vessels carrying thousands of Jewish refugees left the Rumanian Block Sea port of Constanza this morning bound for Haifa, the British press reported. The report added that barbed wire has been placed on decks and ### of the ships, the Pan York and Pan Crescent, and other measures have been taken to make them “unboardable.”
