Reuben C. Saayman, an avowed Nati, has been fined $40 or one month in prison for publicly inciting violence against Jews. The sentence was passed in a local Magistrate’s Court after policemen ##ed excerpts from a speech Saayman made recently on the steps of the City Hall.
During the course of a public meeting, the defendant attacked both Jews and Negroes and stated in response to shouts of “Nazi” from the audience: “If we are ##s, we are at least white Nazis.” Saayman also attacked the Jews as Communists.
