Indications were seen here this week-end that the government which up to now has been content to attempt to control anti-Semitic agination within the framework of existing legislation is about to change its attitude.
It was announced that the labor Party’s rational executive has asked Home secretary James Chuter Ede to receive a delegation from the executive on the matter ? curbing fascist activity. Observers point out that it is extremely unlikely that ?he executive would have asked for the meeting unless the government had already ?cided on a new course of action because included on the executive are Prime Minister Attlee and other Cabinet members including Herbert Morrison, Philip Noel Baker, ?nd Emnuel Shinwell.
