Gerald Flamberg and John Winborne, leaders of a Jewish veterans’ organization, known as the “43 Group,” were released on bail over the week-end after an appeal to Justice Jenkins of the High Court.

The two were arrested on Tuesday on a charge of shooting “with intent to murder” John Preen, British fascist agitator. They were freed after posting $8,000 bail.
