Minister of Justice Andre Marie today promised a Jewish delegation that be would quash all pending prosecutions against Jews charged ##th entering the country illegally and pardon those who have been jailed or fined ### the offense.
The delegation, which was headed by Marc Jarblum, pointed out to the Minister at several hundred refugee Jews have been hailed before French courts within the at few weeks for illegal entry.
