Senate Gets Bill to Admit Adopted Children As Non-quota Immigrants

Senator Brian McMahon, of Connecticut, today introduced a bill to enable children under 21 who have been adopted by U. S. citizens to enter the United States as non-quota immigrants and to become naturalized citizens within two years of entry.
