The Consultative Council of Jewish Organizations today submitted a memorandum to the U.N. Conference on Freedom of Information here during it to take the necessary steps so that the nations of the world recognize the principle that propaganda against, and defamation of, racial and religious minorities are an abuse of freedom of the press and “constitute a threat to the victimized minority and a menace to the peace of the world.”
