The Czechoslovak Government has extended de jure recognition to the state of Israel, it was announced here today. The announcement followed a discussion yesterday by the Cabinet of the Israeli Government’s request for formal recognition.
Belgrade Radio, monitored here, announced today that the Yugoslav Government has officially recognized the state of Israel.
