Agency, has been appointed head of the Latin American Division of the Israel Foreign Ministry and a member of the Israeli delegation to the United Nations, the local office of the Israel Government revealed today.

Toff was born in Argentina where he was active in civic and communal affairs and served as general secretary of the Zionist organization. He was an honorary secretary of the DAIA, centra1 representative body of Argentine Jews. His father and grandfather settled in Argentina as colonists under the auspices of the Jewish Colonization Association.
