Twelve Jews Were graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis and eleven from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point over the week-end, it was announced here today by the National Jewish Welfare Board. Specially-inscribed Bibles were presented to the new officers by the J.W.B.
