Robert M. Best, former American newspaperman who served as a Nazi radio propagandist during the war, was yesterday sentenced to life Imprisonment and a, $10,000 find for treason by a Federal court here. Best quoted Hitler’s anti-Semitic theories in his defense. His broadcasts throughout the war were bitterly anti-Semitic.
