South African Premier Receives Jewish Delegation; Pledges No Discrimination by Govt.

A delegation from the South African Board of Jewish Deputies was received here this week-end by Premier Daniel F. Malan the assured the Jewish leaders that he and his newly-elected government stand for a policy of non-discrimination against any section of the “European population.”

Malan told deputation that he hopes “the time will come when there will be no need for further talk regarding the Jewish question in South Africa.”
