Jewish Relief Workers in British Zone of Germany Shifted About As Dp’s Leave

Personnel of Jewish relief units in the British zone are being shifted about from camp to camp as the number of displaced Jews in the centers drops, it was announced here today by the Jewish Committee for Relief Abroad. Most of the DP’s have been moved to camps in the U.S. zone.

Meanwhile, the Foreign Office has granted permission for three British rabbis to go to Germany to conduct Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services for the DP’s in the British zone. Arrangements for the services have been made by the Chief Rabbi’s Emergency Council.
