Austrian Emigranis Coming to U.S. No Longer Require Exit Visas, Government Announces

Austrian nationals who leave this country for the United States no longer require an exit, visa, it was announced here today. Notice of this has been sent to U.S. immigration officials.

It is expected that the movement of DP’s in Austria to the United States under the DP immigration act will begin shortly. The latest group of DP’s to entrain for Marseilles on route to Israel contained 315 men, women and children.
