Ten thousand Jewish veterans of Britain’s armed forces during the two world wars today marched in a parade honoring the memory of Britain’s war dead. Special memorial services were conducted by Chief Rabbi Israel Brodie.

The marchers were reviewed by Admiral of the Fleet Viscount Cunningham and Major Edmund de Rothschild. The parade, in which ten bands including a Scots unit participated, was followed by a mass meeting. Defense Minister V.A. Alexander and Col. Oliver Stanley, Conservative M.P., addressed the meeting.
