U.p.a. Conflict Settled; Agreement Reached Between U.p.a. Leaders and Dissidents

The conflict within the United Palestine Appeal was settled early this morning after an all-night meeting between leaders of the U.P.A. and representatives of the dissident group. The meeting was held in the offices of the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds. A statement containing the details of the agreement reached is expected to be issued by the Council within a few days.
