Egypt Released Part of Cargo Seized on American Ship. Lovett Says; Tractors Still Held

Egypt has released part of the cargo seized from the American ship, the Flying Trader, in response to a protest made by the United States Government, Under Secretary of States Robert A. Lovett told a press conference here today. He said that he did not know what disposition would be made of 38 tractors. apparently still held by the Egyptian authorities. A state Department spokesman said later that the U.S. Government does not consider the matter closed.
