The B’nai B’rith Supreme Lodge today announced the establishment of a $500 annual Abram Leon Sachar award to be made to the author of an unpublished creative work on a Jewish theme. The prize will be presented publicly each year either at Brandeis University commencement exercises or closing convocation ceremonies.
