Soviet Radio Station in Berlin Begins Yiddish Broadcasts; Emulates U.S. Station

Soviet authorities in Berlin announced today that beginning next week the Soviet-controlled Berlin radio station will broadcast fifteen-minute programs in Yiddish on the first and third Friday of each month. Yiddish-language broadcasts are now being made by the American-controlled station in Munich every Friday.
