Rabbi Jacob Greenberg, Dean of the Hebrew Theological College here for the last 25 years, died today at the age of 69. He was a renowned Talmudic scholar and was considered a world authority on the Jewish calendar.
Rabbi Greenberg ordained more than 150 rabbis now occupying pulpits in all part of the world. More than 250 graduate Hebrew teachers also studied under him.
