Arieh Chill, Jewish Agency representative in Latin America, who recently arranged a tour of Israel by leading Jewish industrialists from this continent, arrived here today from Tel Aviv.
Chill said that he was instructed by Israeli President Chaim Weizmann to convey a message from him to Latin-American Jewry. The message, which extended cordial meetings, to the Jewish communities in Latin America, expressed the hope that Dr. Weizmann would be able to pay a visit to South America soon.
