Transjordan has accepted the invitation of U.N. mediator Dr. Ralph Bunche to attend the armistice talks with Israel on Rhodes, Reuters reported today. The British news agency said that an official announcement to this affect has been issued at Rhodes. Reports from Cairo said that six Arab nations, in addition to Egypt, have decided to enter armistice talks with Israel. They will accept Dr. Bunche’s invitation to negotiate at Rhodes, but first will await the results of the current Egyptian-Israeli talks, a leader of the Arab League is reported to have stated.
