The maintenance of free institutions and political independence is one of the “new international frontiers in human toward V. Sandifer, acting director of the State Department United Nations Affairs Division, declared at a meeting of the National Citizens Conference en Civil Liter-held here.

Such political frontiers, he said, are to be found in Palestine, among other places. America’s “most vulnerable point is on the frontier of discrimination,” he added.
