A rise of anti-Semitism forcing Jews to flee as did the Jews of Hiblerite Germany was predicted today by Kurt Lewin, special Israeli representative here, at a celebration of the Jewish community marking the inauguration of Dr. Chaim Weizmann as President of Israel.
Within ten years, Lewin went on, Israel must he prepared to accept the newcomers from this country in order to avoid a disaster similar to that under the Nazis.
