Stench bombs were thrown during a showing here this week of the Austrian motion-picture, “The Angel with the Trumpet of Doom.” The film, produced by the Viennese author, Karl Hartl, makes a strong plea against war, anti-Semitism, intolerance and Nazism.

Dr. Joseph Klibansky, legal advisor to the Jewish community in Frankfurt, protested this week against anti-Semitic incidents occurring in the city’s slaughter-house. In a letter to the mayor, he charged that German slaughterers were attempting to boycott Jewish co-workers.
