The U.N. Conciliation Commission yesterday dispatched invitations to the Arab and Israeli Governments to “continue their exchange of views” with Commission members at Lausanne, Switzerland, beginning April 26. The meeting, the invitation stated, will discuss not only the urgent problem of the Palestine Arab refugees but all other outstanding issues.
