Franklin Roosevelt Jr., Congressman-elect from New York City, left yesterday for Paris en route to Israel where he will inspect the save-A-Child Foundation’s “Children’s Village” being erected near Jerusalem to accommodate 1,000 orphaned refugee youngsters. Roosevelt, who was invited to visit Israel by the Israeli Government, is chairman of the Foundation.
