Theodore Resnikoff, sole Latin American member of the Zionist Actions Committee, today revealed at a press conference here that he will head a united fund-raining campaign on behalf of Israel to be conducted throughout 13 Latin American countries north of Peru and including the Caribbean islands. The campaign goal for these countries has been sot at $1,400,000.
Mr. Resnikoff was appointed to the post by the Central Committee of the “Magbit Hameuchedet” (United Campaign), comprising representatives of the Agency, the Karen Hayesod and the Jewish National Fund. He will conduct the drive from his headquarters in Mexico City.
