Israeli Minister to Britain Dr. Mordecai Eliash was tendered a reception here at the City Hall. Leading civic officials participated in the official welcome extended to the Israeli representative.
Dr. Eliash was the guest of honor at a series of receptions given in his honor by the Jewish community of this Scottish capital. He was also the principal speaker at a meeting called by the Jewish Representative Council of Glasgow at which he conveyed Israel’s greetings to Scottish Jewry.
