Revisionist Party of Argentina Holds National Convention; Hails Herut in Israel

The annual national convention of the Revisionist Party of Argentina concluded here after adopting a resolution declaring that ##t considers “the Herut of Israel to tie the party which represents the Jabotinsky movement in the Jewish state. At the same time, the parley, which was attended by ## delegates of the Revisionist Party and Betar, reaffirmed its allegiance to the world Zionist Organization.

The delegates pledged their cooperation to the United Campaign, but deplored ## Israeli Government’s refusal to pay pensions to disabled veterans of the Irgun ##ei Leumi or to the widows and dependent children of Irgunists who died in action. ##e organization collected 250,000 pesos for the Irgun last year, it was reported, and members of the party emigrated to Israel in the same period. Marcelo Bester was ##acted president of the party’s central committee.
