Dr. Joseph Fisch, Israeli trade commissioner, returned here today from Dublin where he had been invited to conduct trade talks with Eire’s Department of Foreign Affairs. The Israeli official indicated that supplies of essential foodstuffs may be made available by Eire as a result of the negotiations.
