Dr. Israel Goldstein, treasurer of the Jewish Agency, last night received a citation from Gratz Teacher’s College here at the institution’s annual commencement exercises. The citation is presented each year to “a distinguished alumnus.” Dr. Goldstein graduated from the College in 1912.
